Porch PayDelete your Porch Pay account
This page satisfies Google Play's requirement for a web-accessible account deletion route. You can also delete your account inside the app under Settings → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your login and password
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your saved payment methods
- Your consent records
- The text of messages you sent
What is kept, and why
Your loan's payment ledger is retained in de-identified form. Lending and loan servicing records carry legal retention requirements, so your Servicer must keep a record of what was paid and when. Deleting your app account does not cancel your loan or change what you owe. Your obligations under your contract continue.
