Your loan information. PorchPay shows your balance, payments, interest rate, term, escrow and documents. PorchPay is software — your loan is governed by the contract you signed with your servicer.
Messaging and notices. You agree to receive messages and notices about your loan through this app, including payment reminders and late notices. The app records when a notice is sent and when you open it. Electronic notice does not replace notices your servicer must legally send by mail or other means.
Payments. Card, bank transfer and Cash App Pay are processed by Stripe. We never see your card or bank account number. Payments credit when the processor confirms them.
Your data. We collect your name, contact details, loan and payment records, and messages. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data any time from Settings.
